I'm Derek Van Otten, the owner of Peak Signing notary service. I have been a full time mobile notary loan signing agent for a few years, and have completed thousands of different types of loan signings. I'm proficient in completing refinances, purchases, sales, HELOC, construction loans, and reverse mortgages. I am bonded plus I have $500,000 of errors and omissions insurance. I have taken training courses, and have been certified through the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System. I also have a custom made mobile office. Which means I can print any last minute updates or corrections for the packages. There is also a scanner in my mobile office in case escrow or the lender need copies before I drop off at the shipping carrier. The other great thing about my mobile office is that it has a desk to complete signings if needed.
