I have been a notary for over 20 years with a concentration in real estate related documents that includes working for one of the nation’s largest mortgage lenders, handling mortgage documents from new loan set up to releasing liens.  I’ve also worked with real estate attorneys and a settlement company preparing real estate transactions for closing for buyers and sellers, including working with attorneys, lenders, title companies and title abstractors, as well as, realtors and county clerk’s offices.

I have an Associates degree in Paralegal Studies and understand a variety of legal documents and the requirements for ensuring document completeness and accuracy, helping signers without providing any legal advice.
