My name is Debra Tanner, a Notary public and Loan Signing Agent. I was commissioned October 18, 2021, serving Hendricks County and surrounding areas in the State of Indiana.

Counties I service are: Hendricks, Boone, Parke, Putnum, Hamilton, Lafayette, Montgomery, Mogan, Marion

I will travel to other counties up to 100 miles outside of Hendricks County, if GNW, a travel fee will be required.

NNA trained, certified, background checked, notary essentials completed. I am also a member of the NNA. I have Title Producers License; Loan Signing System Certified. a student in the Loan Signing System and currently a student in the Notary2Notary Loan Signing Agent course.  In this business continued learning is a must.

My language is English.

I will walk signers thru the closing with integrity, patience and professionally to ensure a comfortable and successful Signing.

I am not an attorney and cannot offer or give my advice or opinion to the signers.

I have E&O insurance, boned and carry insurance on my vehicle.

My background is 18years as project coordinator in the construction industry, I served on the Board of Directors for NAWIC, National Association of Women in Construction. 6 years in Retail, 4 years food service and 15 years in the travel & hospitality industry.
