Hiring me for your signing will ensure each of your borrowers has a great signing experience. I am meticulous & I will make sure every document has proper signatures, dates and initials. I am knowledgeable & dependable. I double check all documents before, during & after a signing. I pay particular attention to key documents, such as Right to Cancel, & 1003 making sure each document is filled out properly. If for any reason, something needs to be corrected, I will immediately get it corrected. I will make sure that you will get your documents back as soon as possible, and scanned if needed. I know all the local Fed Ex locations & will get all your documents to you on time. You can be reassured that you will have a quality signing with me & I look forward to working with you.
