A driven and accomplished individual, Deborah has successfully pursued a new career after being a stay-at-home mom and educator to her nine sons. While teaching English Language Arts at a local school, she became a licensed Realtor® with eXp Realty in Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio. Broadening her knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry, she became a commissioned notary public, a certified loan signing agent, and a certified trust delivery agent. For her client's convenience, she expanded her notary services, offering mobile and virtual notarizations. 

     Deborah simultaneously established two successful LLCs with her co-partner.  - Meraki Elite, specializing in real estate and investment properties, and Shodo Group, providing complete notary services.  As the CEO of Shodo Group, she is committed to staying updated with the latest laws, regulations, and technologies in the field to ensure that their services are current and compliant. Shodo Group takes pride in its commitment to upholding the ancient tradition of notarization with precision and attention to detail. The enterprise's nomenclature is grounded in the Japanese calligraphy style of Shodo, an art form that dates back to the sixth century, which inspires their meticulousness and profound significance.       Outside of work, Deb enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, watching psychological thrillers, listening to alternative 80s music, going to concerts, and playing the cello. She has a deep love for fine chocolate, coffee, the arts, and nature, where she often goes to reflect and rejuvenate.
