Deana Waschak

Hello. I am an up and coming Notary Public and Loan Signing agent. I service the Santa Clarita, San Fernando and Antelope Valley within the Los Angeles county. I am full time with flexible days and hours. After being a stay at home mom for 30 years to my five children it was time to shake things up. Once the last child left the nest I was eager to do something new that was all for me.  I provide excellent customer care and I have an eye for detail. Although out of the work force I honed my skills volunteering at local schools and churches, teaching at my local church, and balancing the very busy schedules of my highly competitive children. Having children with special needs taught me how to manage paper work and many meetings working with all different types of people. I was able to juggle my many appointments and have the flexibility to switch gears on a dime if necessary. I learned a lot about patience and perseverance, there is no challenge to big. When I am not doing notarial work I enjoy spending time with my four grandchildren, reading and writing short stories.  I look forward to the opportunity to earn your business.
