I am NNA background checked and NNA Loan Agent certified. I have worked flawlessly with signing agents, lawyers, title companies and the general public to ensure accurate signings while being attentive to the client’s confidentiality. My responsibility is to collaborate with title and mortgage companies as well as third party vendors to meet with borrowers, sellers, and buyers to facilitate paperwork regarding loans, purchases and sales of real property (also known as closings). Interact with clientele from diverse sociocultural, educational, and ethnic backgrounds. Explain the purpose of each document being signed and answer any pertinent questions. I will work around the client's schedule and travel to you for a flawless, error free signing.
