I am a mobile notary public and a loan signing agent in the Western New York area (mainly in Erie and Niagara Counties). I have been background screened and certified by the National Notary Association.

I have taken the initiative to receive over 12 hours of additional loan signing specific training, including a separate course in reverse mortgage.

I have experience in closing loans for purchase, sale, refinance, CEMA refinance, HELOC and reverse mortgage. My previous work experience as a document proofreader has given me an excellent eye for detail. I am ready and willing to learn how YOU like to have signings done and I will make sure to do things that way for you!
