David Pate

Howdy, My name is David Pate. I am located in Colton, CA. I'm fully licensed, bonded, and insured for up to $100k. I've also continued my education by getting certified as a notary signing agent through the NNA and LSS. I know mistakes and missed signatures can cause a myriad of problems such as delayed closings, re-signs, as well as the dreaded missed rate lock. This is why I believe my affinity for attention to detail is an asset. I also know how important it is that the notaries you work with are communicative and prioritize getting to FedEx and scan-backs in a timely manner. These are all items I strive to model in my business as well. Formerly, I worked in the mortgage industry for many years so I am familiar with HELOC's, Reverse Mortgages, Refinances, seller packages, and many more. 

I know also, that many notaries these days don't like to take responsibility for their mistakes when they happen and that's where I'm different. I believe in fixing mistakes even if I have to take the hit. While I may be a new notary, I'm willing to work twice as hard to build a positive and mutually beneficial relationship with any company I work with, and I know that begins with my own personal integrity.
