Whatever it takes to get the job done. A family member of a very prominent Washington-state politician complimented me saying I was the only vendor he dealt with during that terrible time that adhered strictly to CDC guidelines. Along with this recommendation, I received so many thanks from so many people - Escrow officers, Loan officers, and most importantly - borrowers - for my efforts to make them feel safe during the signing.

I provide all signers updated arrival time expectations. Even though we've confirmed meeting at a specific time, I've found overwhelming appreciation from borrowers they have a live ETA. When I physically arrive, I've found they also appreciate knowing I'm there and to expect me at their door in a minute or two.

I've made a mistake or two, though I have an exceedingly low mistake rate (less than 1%), and will immediately take steps to correct anything I don't catch so you're not fretting about the whereabouts of your notary.

I get packages dropped ASAP, and track them for you so I can advise you if I see problems with delivery.
