My name is Daphne I am your loan signing agent and mobile notary. What sets me apart from the other is my background and education as a loan signing agents. I have a professional background in science and director of medical and pharmacy laboratories.  My extensive education from the Loan Signing Systems, along with bi-weekly signing training and continue education keeps me up to date with the current interest rates, VA, HUD, PCOR, refinances, reverse mortgages and certification of trust information, Notice of Right to Cancel and more.

 My professional background prepared me for the critical aspects of attention to detail, completing task on time, if and when a mistake occurs I take ownership, putting it at the top of my list to correct. I understand how important it is to complete the documents carefully yet thoroughly and delivered in a timely fashion in order to close the deal.

My certification is through the Loan Signing System, I am a member of the Notary Rotary. I have Errors and Omissions insurance. I have a dual tray laser printer, knowledge of and access to all FedEx locations for document drops. I would like to keep open communication with you throughout the signing and drop off process, with a follow up the next day to ensure the closing went well. I am willing to travel throughout the greater San Diego are, Orange County upon occasion extend into Los Angeles area and Temecula.
