I am a National Notary Association Certified Loan Signing Agent and Notary Public commissioned in the state of Kansas.  I have been operating as a mobile notary performing loan signings in Northeastern Kansas with Fast Track Mobile Notary Inc. I hold a BFA in Visual Communications and have a background in billing and accounts receivable.  I have experience with mortgage refinances (FHA, VA and Conventional), hybrids, HELOCS, sellers packages, loan modifications, full and cash purchases, Power of Attorney, trust documents, deed signings and employment verification.

I have excellent documentation and time management skills allowing for multiple signings per day. My NNA background screening is up to date and we carry a $2M Errors and Omissions Insurance policy.  I pride myself on being detail oriented and 100% error free. I am very personable and strive to make borrowers feel at ease while faced with a large stack of documents. I am dependable, punctual, organized and work well under pressure. I have a very flexible schedule to accommodate last minute signings and I am available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
