My name is Danica Westbrook and I am the owner of DW Notary & Co. I’m a local NNA Certified and Background Checked Notary Loan Signing Agent as well as a Remote Online Notary. I’m commissioned in the state of Tennessee and a graduate of the Loan Signing System. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Management with over 20 years of customer service and account management skills. My background consists of experience in customer relationship management, problem solving, negotiation, project management, time management, and meeting deadlines.

I understand the importance of being a good listener, showing empathy and sympathy, understanding the customer’s wants and needs, building rapport, and adapting to certain situations. I'm able to walk borrowers through their loan documents, ensuring all signatures, dates, and initials are completed.  I’m also able to package loan documents including printing, scanning, and dropping off documents via FedEx/UPS. My customers and colleagues trust me because of my integrity and transparency. They also know I will always go the extra miles it may take to get it done. I believe in giving each customer a red-carpet experience.

As a Remote Online Notary, I’m able to offer Remote Online Notarizations via the Notarize, Notary Genie and Blue Notary Platforms. However, I’m equipped to join any RON platform based on your business needs.
