Dana Pelzer

I am an experienced mobile Notary and Loan Signing agent serving Philadelphia and surrounding counties including Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery and Northampton. I am also dual-commissioned in NJ serving Mercer, Hunterdon and Burlington counties. Having completed over 4,000+ closings, I am both NNA and LSS certified, a member of the NNA and the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries(PAN). I am a customer and client centric signing agent with extraordinary attention to detail. All documents are thoroughly reviewed to ensure they are filled out completely and correctly and all signatures, initials and dates are captured. All documents are packaged and returned on-time via client preference. Clients are kept up to date throughout the entire signing process. If on the rare occasion an error is made, I will correct it immediately. My business is an extension of yours and I strive to create a seamless surround sound customer experience.
