My name is Dana Pelzer and I am NNA and LSS certified Loan Signing Agent in the greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. I serve Philadelphia and the surrounding counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery and Northampton. I pride myself on efficient, error-free signings designed to create a stress-free signing experience for clients. I have experience with Purchases both buyer and seller packages, refinances, HELOC's, loan modifications and loan applications - with over 400 error free signings.  In my prior life I had a 20+ year career as a Finance and Insurance professional with fortune 50 companies. I was also a Sr. Leader that has experience leading teams and leaders so I understand and value the importance of communication and attention to detail.
