As a notary/loan signing agent, I am often the last person the buyer/seller will see so I make sure they have a positive experience.  My job is to make sure that all the documents are filled out correctly, signed, dated, and returned in a timely manner.  

I have been a loan signing agent for over seven years and have completed over 3000 signings, and I love it.  I live in West Sacramento and service Sacramento County and Yolo County.  I am commissioned, 

certified, insured and approved with most major title ?companies.
