Hello, I am an NNA and LSS certified Notary Signing Agent in the Greater Nashville, TN area since November 2020. I have been given decades of experience from a highly skilled mentor through education from his Loan Signing System. Understanding that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or just cause everyone involved headaches, I know to never miss any dates, initials, or signatures. I know to actually walk the borrowers through all of the important docs: the closing statement, note, the deed, and CD. Unlike other notaries, I know to not place the loan docs in front of the borrower and say, “sign here, I am just a notary.” I understand that I have to be impartial, but not uneducated. I know to make sure the borrower knows what they are signing by guiding them through the loan docs. I know to always make sure that the borrower initials any corrections to the notice of right to cancel. Or, if the lines are blank, to have the borrower fill in the dates themselves. If you ever have a provident funding signing I know how important it is for the dates to be extremely neat. All of the forms will come back completely filled out, whether that be the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds. I also have years of experience as a medical review nurse where specific attention is paid to detail while obtaining pertinent information helping the medical doctor and patient to close the gap in healthcare.
