I am a notary public and signing agent living in the NorthPort, fl area. I serve the Sarasota, Charlotte, and Manatee counties as i live on the edge of Charlotte and Sarasota counties. I have lived in Florida for over 10 years, and have extensive confidence and knowledge of the closing process as I was formerly a Mortgage loan officer for several years. I am a hard worker and very thorough person. I make sure that my checklist for every signing is completed, and I am very good at client contact and communication.
