While I have returned to Wisconsin back in 2016, I have been a Notary in California for over 30 years. For the past 40 years I have been in the lending industry in all facets - Banking as well as Hard Money Lending, closing all types of loans including VA/FHA, Jumbo, conventional, 1st trust deeds, 2nd trust deeds, HELOC's, and Reverse Mortgages.
