Hello , I am Cynthia Garcia I a Colorado State Notary commissioned in 2009. I have completed over 2000 real estate loan closings including conventional, FHA, ARM's, reverse application and closings, buyer and seller documents and POA and trustee transactions. . I am a Fidelity approved notary and NNA certified. I am able to present documents in Spanish when requested ,  use a duel tray laser printer to print documents in the correct PDF paper sizes and will scan or fax back documents when requested . I review and follow all lender instructions provided. I service Adams, Arapaho, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver and Jefferson counties and will consider additional locations including outlying mountain communities on a case by case basis. I am available for early, the earliest time I scheduled was 3AM, very late scheduled at 11:30PM, and last minute appointments when availability. I maintain a current background check and E&O insurance and  provide confirmation of these on a yearly basis or as requested.  I strive to provide professional, competent and personal representation for every client and providing a positive enjoyable service to every signer I work with
