NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, commissioned by the Oregon Secretary of State. I am taking additional courses with LSS and with Notary Coach.

As the owner of Crystal Clear Notary, LLC in Southern Oregon, I am licensed in the State of Oregon and backed by $100,000 in E&O Insurance and a clear background screening based in Southern Oregon. I am also actively continuing my education through the Loan Signing System and Notary Coach to stay current and expand my expertise.

I specialize in handling critical documents with precision and care, including estate planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and apostilles. In addition, I have experience with a wide range of financial transactions, home loans, VA loans, loan applications, HELOCs, and more.

I have a dual laser printer, a mobile printer for immediate scan backs, and a backup printer.

I have a flexible schedule and I’m willing to travel outside of Medford up to Roseburg, Prospect, Klamath Falls area, depending on fee offered.
