I am a certified loan signing agent and Pennsylvania Notary Public. I have experience as a Mobile Notary, performing refinance, loan application, reverse mortgage, modifications, and first time home buyers loan signings in the South Central Pennsylvania Counties. I am very reliable and dependable. I have a mostly flexible schedule which can accommodate last minute assignments. I have excellent time management skills.

I operate between the Adams, York, Franklin, and Cumberland County areas, but an willing to consider other areas as needed.

I have completed over 1600 signings since March 2021 on multiple platforms including Notary Dash, Signing Order, and Signature Closers, FASS, CXChoice, and Notary Go.
I have a commercial size printer that enables me to print and scan faster, as well as giving me access to multple trays.
