I also double check key documents such as Notice Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. Even though I take all these precautions, if for any reason I made a mistake, please rest assure that I will stop what I am doing and fix it immediately. The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete. If the signing is done after business hours, I will make sure to drop off documents the very next morning.
