I have been a full time Notary and Loan Signing Agent since March of 2018 and have completed 2000 signings. I consider myself to be a highly competent and professional loan signing agent. I  have a previous background in both real estate and lending. Before my notary business I was a Commercial Real Estate broker in Boulder, Colorado for 3 years. Prior to that I was employed with several Banks in the field of SBA lending for 25 years. Prior to that, I was a Residential Mortgage Loan originator with Bank of America, so I consider myself very well versed in all aspects of both Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions. Because of my familiarity with these fields, it has made my transition to efficiently explaining a typical loan document signing a smooth one. I live in Longmont, Colorado which is in Boulder County and about 30 miles north of Denver. As such, I cover the areas of North Denver Metro and Northern Colorado.
