• eClosings- $185 / session ( includes 10 stamps ) + $25/additional stamp
• General R.O.N- $35/session (one stamp included ) +around $19/additional stamp

• As the notary, Ill prepare and send an email with the document to be notarized. One click, and you'll connect with the document on the Notarize platform.
• Notarize verifies your identity using a suite of ID verification tools.
• You'll then connect with me on a secure, two-way video call where I'll guide you through the signing process. 
• Once completed, documents will be ready to download and share instantly.

I also do mobile transactions throughout Okaloosa county and up to 45 miles of 32539. 

I have been conducting mobile signings since I opened and obtained my commission in March 2021. I have conducted over 50+ signings for Real Estate , Bank Loans, Notice of Commencements, Title transfers, and more with 99% successful closings averaging 35 -40 mins. 

I recently wrecked late June 2022 and have yet to fully get back behind a wheel . I'm taking advantage of the time to fully open the RON side of the business and cut the paper waste and time in half and most errors associated with the current traditional route.  

I still do Mobile Signings in the 32539 area code. 

Before becoming a mobile notary I worked (currently still active ) as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a variety of facilities ranging from Short and Long Term Rehabilitation, Memory & Combative Care, Assisted Living , and Home Health for five years now. 

I've been in Food & Hospitality as an Expeditor for Hilton San Destin Resort & Spa throughout their restaurants . Working in Customer Service for over a decade and loving technology and the medical field and soon hope to learn more about the real estate and construction field to broaden my horizons and branch off the business to grow my community and restore it to modern glory.

I studied Information Technology from Stayer University and Medical Billing and Coding and hope to secure completion one day.
