I am a Texas Notary Public and NNA Certified and Background checked Loan Signing Agent. I have been operating as a mobile notary for the last 12 months and I have performed and successfully completed 26 error-free real estate signing orders. This includes 2 loan modifications, 6 sellers, 17 refinances, and 1 purchase for 7 signing services.

I pride myself on being professional, courteous, and polite to every customer, being prompt about contacting the signers to confirm the appointment, being on time for the appointment, staying in contact with my hiring party and signers, following all instructions, and asking for clarity if I am not sure.  

Whenever given the chance I will prove that I am a great Notary and signing agent.

I was also a Texas Notary Public between October 2013 and October 2017 in Galveston County. During that time I performed a few loan signings with two or three signing companies and general notary assignments for some individuals.

Because of my prior work history and life experiences, I am comfortable around children and animals and I am able to overcome distractions that can sometimes happen with children and pets. I do not have any animal allergies or fears.
