When the market crashed, I decided that i could serve my clients best by focusing all my attention on my buyer and seller real estate clients. My daily task includes but not limited to collaborating with buyers, sellers, title and mortgage companies Meeting with borrowers, sellers, and buyers to facilitate paperwork regarding loans, purchases, and sales of real property (also known as closings). Interact with clientele from diverse socio-cultural, educational, and ethnic backgrounds. Explain the purpose of each document being signed and answer any pertinent questions. I have extensive knowledge in closing documents. I know the importance and timelines and making sure I follow them.
