I obtained my first notary commission in 2000. I had just quit my job as a real estate office manager. 

I went to work at a title company as the receptionist. I was promoted to processor within 3 weeks. As a processor, having a notary stamp was a must. I have been processing documents, funding files and sitting at the closing table notarizing closing documents for many years.

There have been many changes in the notary industry that have created new job areas.

The way notarizes can be performed now has changed and is continuing to change..

I am truly enjoying the loan signing and mobile notary business.
