I am an Illinois residential real estate attorney and have practiced law for over 30 years.

I worked for an Illinois title company for 10 years as a mobile closing/signing agent.

I have and continue to represent Buyers at Closings and review and explain lender's documents to my clients on a weekly basis.

I am also a licensed title agent for First American Title Insurance Company.

As an Attorney, I am required to pay attention to details which is an essential part of the practice of law.

My single goal is to complete a signing "error free", which can be accomplished with a methodical and prepared approach to each transaction.

Traveling the Chicagoland area on a daily basis is a way of life for me as a real estate attorney.

I truly enjoy meeting new Clients and explaining documents to them in what is an important event of their lives.

My clients often compliment me on how thorough I was in explaining each document to them and helping them understand the loan signing process.

I greet my clients with a smile and a friendly handshake, always dressed in a suit/jacket and tie and properly groomed.

I anxiously wait for the opportunity to meet my signing lender, either in person or with a Zoom call.

Our meeting and getting to know each other is an essential first step.
