With over 55 successful loan signings under my belt—including buyer and seller packets, refinance, HELOC, reverse mortgages, and VA/FHA loans—I have developed a deep expertise in managing a wide range of loan documents with the utmost precision and efficiency. 

I am a certified Loan Signing Agent through the National Notary Association and have completed Remote Online Notary (RON) training, which enables me to provide secure and compliant remote signings in addition to traditional in-person services. To ensure I remain at the forefront of industry practices, I have also completed the Notary2Pro Elite Loan Signing course, continually refining my skills and staying updated with the latest standards and procedures. 

My mobile office is fully equipped with a laser dual tray printer, mobile scanner, and iPen abilities, ensuring that I can deliver a seamless and professional signing experience regardless of the location. I proudly serve in Northern Virginia to include Herndon, Chantilly, Reston and all of Fairfax County. Additionally, I am prepared to travel up to 60 miles on short notice, making me an ideal partner for even the most urgent signing requests.
