My name is Cindy and I am a signing agent in Fort Collins, Colorado and I wanted to   introduce myself.

I understand the importance of getting documents in FedEx the same day. No matter how many signings that I have, I always prioritize getting your docs in FedEx. I know all of the latest FedEx drop-offs in my city. If you require scan backs, I always scan as you request. Most importantly, I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or make you look bad to your client. I try my best to not miss any dates, initials, or signatures as I know that leads to funding conditions. I always make sure the borrower initials any corrections to the notice of right to cancel. Or if the notice to right of cancel lines are blank, I have the borrower fill in the dates themselves.  All of the forms come back completely filled out, whether that be the statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds. More importantly, I know how the forms are to be filled out. Most signing agents do not know how to fill out those forms. I know I need to call you first if there is a typo on the loan docs. I do not cross out and initial without permission. I never miss the notary sections. There is nothing worse than notaries who forget to stamp their acknowledgments or jurats. I have a laser printer and always print the correct docs in legal and letter sized paper. I am not picky about appointment times. 7am or 9pm or even weekends. I even take last minute appointments.  I am always early or on-time to appointments and I never stack appointments too close together. If I take a signing from you, I will make it on time. I always factor in traffic times.
