Hello!  I'm a retired 40+ year insurance professional (business insurance and surety bonds sales) and was a Notary Public all but about the first two years.  I now spend half a year at the listed 85940 zip code (mid-Spring to mid-Fall) and the other half in 85741 (I'm a "snowbird".)  The time spent in each zip code is the busiest real estate time for each.  I'm now an NNA certified Signing Agent doing remote notary work for the surrounding zip codes.  I own a 2024 model Dell laptop and 2024 model Brother laser printer with only one tray but a software program that will print the letter sized docs all at once and then the legal sized docs.  I can scan & email signed docs, overnight them or deliver them when possible.  I have a pleasant and professional demeanor and look forward to working with you!
