I'm a commissioned Remote Notary in the state of Florida. I have a Juris Doctor degree from WMU-Thomas M. Cooley Law School ("Cooley") that I obtained in 2018.  At  Cooley, I successfully completed attorney-level courses in Florida Wills and Trusts, Contracts I & II, and Florida Business Organizations and Corporations, which helped me to develop an advanced understanding of various legal documents in the real estate, corporate, and estate planning industries. I have also worked as a paralegal in the real estate, bankruptcy and foreclosure, and corporate industries after law school and have had formal training on commercial transactions including notes, allonges, affidavits, deeds of trust, mortgages, loan modifications, POAs, refinances, and various riders and addendums. I also worked as a paralegal in the construction and corporate arenas and have advanced knowledge of construction litigation documents, entity formation documents such as operating agreements, shareholder agreements, stock purchase agreements, and merger docs. Additionally, I had Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and other large lending institution clients and was required to take approximately 10 hours of BANA training for the privacy and security of lender's financial documents and client information. I offer mobile notary services for the following counties: Hillsborough, Manatee, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Sarasota.
