I provide professional and reliable mobile notary public signing services. I have been working in customer service industry for 5 years and received training by Forbes in customer relations. I’ve completed the Loan Signing System Certificate, Notary Essentials, and the NNA background check to become an educated signing agent. I understand the importance of having a full and complete set of loan documents as it can cause missed rate locks, delayed closing, and re-signs.

Being professional and having a thoroughly filled out set of documents are the highest priority. I will communicate effectively to provide the most up to date information on the status of the signing (i.e. flawed closing disclosure, no show). While I am an educated signing agent, I understand that I can not answer questions in regards to interest rate adjustments or loan changes. Instead, I will call title, escrow, the lender, or signing service to have any questions that I am not legally allowed to answer.

I bring extra jurats, acknowledgements, pens, thumbprint pads, stamps, and folders to set myself up for success at a signing.
