I am an experienced Fidelity approved signing agent whom is NNA and LSS (Loan Signing System) certified. I ensure that the borrower(s) has a great signing experience, and correctly fills out all of the forms required. I also ensure that borrowers don’t miss any signatures, dates or initials. I make sure the PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, and all major documents are all filled out completely, signed and dated properly. Finally, I’ll be sure the documents are returned promptly, as I also do not miss the drop off times.
