I am a notary signing agent here in Southern California and would like to introduce myself.  I live right in Irvine, Orange County and would love to get in your rotation for your signings. 

Please note that I am Snapdocs verified and a member of the Loan Signing System and the National Notary Association and I have an E&O insurance policy coverage of $1M.  I would like to tell you why you should call me directly and make me your preferred signing agent when you have signings here in Orange County.  

I always go through the cover page and directions from title or escrow company before going to the signing table to make sure that I am in compliance with the company guidelines.  

I am very detail-oriented and I make sure that all the forms will come back completely filled out.  I go over my docs at least 2x after the signing to make sure that I don't miss any dates, initials or signatures. A signing full of errors or an incomplete signing can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or more specifically, makes you look bad to your client.  I also never miss the notary sections.  There is nothing worse than signing agents who forget to stamp their acknowledgements or jurats.  

I always factor in traffic times to ensure I'm not late for my appointments.  I give the borrowers a heads' up right before I start heading over to their location and let the signing services know once I get there. 

I specifically know that escrow wants docs back ASAP so I never ever miss FedEx or UPS drops.  If a scan back is needed, I always send it through the same day or if the appointments are late at night, I make sure they're scanned and emailed first thing in the morning. 

I am not picky about appointment times, be it 7 am or 9 pm or even weekends.  I'm always available and I'll even take last minute appointments.
