I pride myself in good customer service which means reaching out to the client as soon as possible. If there is no answer I follow up with a text. (I prefer human interaction). I return docs the same day if the appointment finishes before 4pm. Of course I leave a copy for the client unless instructed not to. I arrive 10 to 15 before appointments. Now if whatever reason I run late because of a previous appointment I let you and the signer know. I don’t overbook for this very reason. I am not afraid to ask questions if need be to have clarity on what needs to be done. I am a NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent. I have experience with refinances, va applications, reverse mortgage applications and loan mods.
