Hi! I'm Cherina. A career transitioning military service member who is looking to make a success from her education in the real estate industry. Along with being a notary for 3 years, I'm a hard working, forward thinking individual who is capable of showing up and applying my experience that helps me better understand my clients needs, while providing them with solution in explaining their loan documents. As for my qualifications, I am certified as an Notary Loan Signing Agent with the NNA, I've completed Mark Wells (LSS Training) to include attending weekly training to keep up-to-date with the latest guidelines, and in addition, I'm currently awaiting to take a new oath to become an E-notary for North Carolina, which will allow me to become a registered as an (RON) in July 2023. In all, I'm taking steps to keep myself updated with the latest developments in my field and I'd be happy to assist you in any way I can.
