Hello! I'm Charlene, a mobile loan signing professional in the Green Bay / Fox Valley area with over 250 successful signings in which most were Refinances. However I have also done Buyer, Seller, HELOC, loan applications, etc.  As an independent signing agent, I understand that I am working as a direct extension of your company. My 25 plus years in the restaurant industry, where customer service is top priority, has given me the tools necessary to deal with all types of personalities. NNA certified with an up to date background check and E&O insured ($50,000). My focus is on the signer(s) having a positive experience as well as guiding them through the signing process to ensure signature accuracy of critical documents.
