I am available to provide you and your clients with a relaxed and professional signing experience. I am based in the South Texas Medical Center, and will gladly travel to meet signers where they are. I understand that I am responsible for arriving on time to appointments, and for communicating with the signer(s) if running late. I am also responsible for making single-sided prints of the documents and providing a copy for the signer(s). It is not my practice to rush or pressure the signer(s) to sign the documents, nor will I provide legal or financial advice. I pride myself on accuracy and thoroughness. I will help the signer(s) to complete the documents according to the instructions provided, and perform all applicable notarizations at the signing table according to Texas state notary laws. I will also provide scan-backs as requested, and drop the documents for timely delivery to the appropriate party.
