Hi I'm Chandie, I was first commissioned in 2017 . I focused on Estate planing , last will and testaments, medical directives, palliative care, and final disposition wishes. 

I have excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills. I also have a focus on attention to detail. 

I worked as a property manager for the majority of my career , it is only natural I would move into loan signing . I enjoy it immensely . I worked as CSI &  customer retention for a high volume car dealership . I learned how to diffuse upset and angry people and how to work toward a resolution that works for everyone while keeping the csi score rising. 

Now notary work & loan signing is my passion.

I serve Boone, Baxter, Madison, Newton, Searcy counties. Other counties but with additional fees for travel/distance.

I do , sales, purchases, HELOCs, REFIS, Reverse HECM/Loan APPS/Loan Mods, General Notary Work, Buybacks, IRA cash ins, and more.
