Hi, my name is Carrie Haley, I'm a Loan Signing Agent out of Lucerne Valley, California area. I will drive up to 60 miles for a signing. I will drive to Los Angeles County as well as San Bernardino County. I am National Notary Association trained and Certified, NNA background approved, as well as Loan Signing System trained and Certified. I have $100,000 in Errors and Omissions Insurance. I am bonded for $15,000. I know the importance of making sure that the Patriot Act form has two forms of Identification if instructed to. I make sure that the Notice of the Right to Cancel date consides with the recession calendar, if It falls on a weekend or holiday. I understand the importance of meeting the funding deadline, so I make sure that there are not any missing  signatures or initials as well as making sure all forms are filled out completely. I triple check that there is not any missing initials or signatures to meet the funding deadline. I am always on time for the appointments. I check in with who ever gave me the signing, upon arrival, to let you know that I arrived on time. And once, I complete the signing I always let you know that the signing is complete and how everything went. I am available 24/7 to help you and the client with a smooth Signing process. I walk the borrower through the documents. If there are any questions that the borrower or I have during, the signing I call immediately to clarify any questions. I always make sure to do scan backs immediately after the signing to make sure that the documents are dropped off on time and I always get a receipt to ensure that there are no delays in funding.
