I have been a notary for 8years . I took the NNA certification to learn more about the loan package but still needed more so I took the Loan Signing System it was awesome. I can now walk the borrower through the loan package and make them feel comfortable about signing. If any questions arise about the loan terms I immediately call the loan officer for assistance. I want to be an extension of you but I am a notary not a loan officer. I do have them fill out the forms that need filling out and always double check signatures , dates, initials and stamp. I want the client to have a good experience. I can do e-signings, and have been clearsigned trained.
