I have experience with different type of closings, mortgages, sellers and buyers, refinance, reverse mortgage, cash outs, Heloc, etc. I ensure all lender requirements are met by conducting quality checks on loan documentation submitted, and facilitating the end-to-end closing process, collecting funds, and explaining post-closing process to borrowers. I accept documents by via email, fax, courier service, overnight delivery, mail, and courier. I am available to travel to do closing transactions. I have my office equipped with fax, computer, printer, and I am familiarized with the process. I return all packages the same day. I also do general notary services and notarial acts as authorized by Texas law, providing services in hospitals, nursing homes, etc. as required
