I am a signing agent in the Wesley Chapel/Zephyrhills Tampa Bay Area, and I wanted to introduce myself. I am also a Certified RON and Loan Signing System Loan Signing Agent providing mobile notary services for loan signings. I can and will travel to the client's preferred location, or I can perform loan signings and notarizations remotely online on a secured platform. I am currently registered with SnapDocs, Signing Agent, Signing Order, Notary Dash, and Notary Rotary.

Here’s why, I understand the importance of getting docs to FedEx the same day or even hand delivering them if needed to make sure that all timelines are met. I am aware of the latest FedEx drop-offs in my area, and I am equipped to scan back docs if required. Most importantly, I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock or a buyer to miss a close of escrow. I am trained and knowledgeable in guiding the borrower through the loan docs while pointing out where pertinent information can be found while giving a brief description of the loan docs that the borrower is signing. I ensure timeliness with all appointments taking into account traffic and any other potential delays, so that I do not overlap appointments. I complete a thorough review of all loan docs after signing to ensure that all docs are filled out completely without any missed dates, initials, or signatures; and that all notary sections are completed. I also ensure that the borrower initials if any corrections are required on the notice of right to cancel to prevent funding conditions.

I have a dual-tray printer and I always print docs on the appropriately sized paper whether it be legal and letter. I am available Mon-Fri 7 AM- 7PM and Sat-Sun 7 AM- 3 PM, also offering emergency services upon request. I am consistent in communicating general updates on the status of the signing as well as any concerns throughout the signing process.
