My experience includes 8 years as a Texas Notary and 3 years as a Certified Loan Signing Agent.  I have completed approximately 150 closing from several signing platforms across the nation.  My experience as a Loan Signing Agent consists of completion of Refinance, Reverse Mortgage, Home Equity Loan and Lines of Credit closings, FHA loan closings, Loan Modifications, Cash Real Estate Deals and Seller Packages, Texas Property Tax Loans, Purchase Loan, Piggyback, Commercial Loans closings, and Texas Cash Outs.  I also have experience in many types of professional closing documents such as: Closing Disclosure (HUD-1), Refi’s-Cash Out, Deeds of Trusts, Power of Attorney (POA), Right to Cancel, Medical POA’s, Jurat’s & Acknowledgements.
