As a Notary for eighteen years, I decided to become a Certified Loan Signing Agent to increase my knowledge of loan documents. Prior to my recent retirement, I worked in Technologies for thirty-eight years. I have therefore worked all my life in a fast-paced career that demands accuracy and efficiency. I also have the ability to handle competing priorities effectively and within established time frames. I am NNA trained & certified and trained on Loan Signing systems. Hiring me for your signings will ensure that you and borrow(s) have a great signing experience. I am detailed oriented, and meticulously go over each loan package to ensure accuracy for all signatures, dates and initials. I triple check my documents to ensure they are each filled out properly. I also make sure that all Title documents and Lender documents have the proper notarizations and notary stamps were not missed. All my loan documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete. I will also keep you informed throughout the entire loan signing process.
