Hi! I have been in New Construction for about 6 years. Although a new notary, I have been to many closings and reviewed closing documents for home purchases. I know there are more documents involved in signings other than purchases, but I am a quick learner and knowing the ins and outs of home purchasing helps! 

Preparing for closing with customers and the actual closing day has always been fun. I have met many mobile notaries on closing day, and I know kindness goes a long way and helps make the closing day a little more special.
