I’m a full-time bilingual (in Spanish) Mobile Notary Signing Agent. My goal is to assist Title & Escrow Officers, Lenders, and Real Estate Agents & Attorneys in the completion of the closings assigned to me. Available Monday – Saturday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (Holidays, and after hours by appointment).

I’ve successfully completed over 650 closings. My experience includes Commercial loans, Refinances, Seller and Buyer Packages, HELOCs, Loan Modifications, Loan Applications, Commercial, and New Construction Loans. I’m familiar with Conventional, FHA, and VA loans. I always double check the documents to make sure everything is signed, notarized, and dated properly for funding.

I have a mobile dual tray laser printer and a scanner. I can conduct in-house closings but also I’m willing to travel 40-45 miles to a location that is convenient for the borrowers. I carry $500,000 Errors and Omissions Coverage.
