I've been a signer for more than 13 years. I started out working in residential real estate escrow during the 2008 real estate boom. In my job I learned all the ins and outs of escrow. I wrote up settlement statements and dealt with all aspects of closing. It is my knowledge and experience in escrow that is what helps all my signings go smoothly. I became a signer because I found that I really liked the aspect of my escrow job that involved signing customers, so I decided dedicated to that exclusively. No matter what hurtles to the signing might exist like cultural differences or distrust in the process, I always manage to provide customers with an excellent experience.
