With over 10 years of mortgage industry experience as a Mortgage Underwriter, I will ensure that you and your borrower have a great signing experience. In my years of loan processing (“front end” and “back end”), I have seen firsthand how "simple" notarial mistakes can delay funding and can even bounce back loans once they have been closed and funded. I do not make these mistakes: I had a 99% QC score as an underwriter, fully understand and can summarize every form for the borrower, and know the importance of timeliness and packaging. 

I am very detail-oriented and go over each and every document to ensure everything is filled out correctly. If on the rare occasion, a mistake is 

made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP. The 

documents will be scanned and returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete (I know all my local FedEx drop-off times) and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.

I am also trilingual: English, Spanish, and French.
